PHP Inc. is pleased to invite you to the 23st Annual Charleston Cup Gymnastics Invitational to be held on February 24-26, 2012. This years’ Charleston Cup will be held at the North Charleston Convention Center. The Convention Center is walking distance from the brand new Tanger Outlet Mall, just a short ride from the historic downtown district, the beautiful beaches and the Charleston International Airport.
Last years Charleston Cup consisted of over 1400 athletes from across the US. Participants have included foreign teams as well as US National Team Members. Due to the great success of last year’s Event Finals Competition we will once again host the event finals competition for the top eight Level 9 and top eight Level 10/Open athletes per event. Come and enjoy the southern hospitality in one of America’s most historic and beautiful cities. The Charleston Cup will include Team and All Around optional competition for the following divisions; Levels 10/Elite(Open), Level 9, Level 8, Level 7, Prep Optional, as well as Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 compulsories. Event and all around winners will receive our custom Charleston Cup medals in addition all participants and coaches will receive a unique Charleston Cup memento. Gift Check awards will be given to the coach winning teams in each division.

Due to the event finals, sessions will be limited. In order to provide the highest quality meet for you and your athletes, all entries will be accepted on a first come basis. Please note that the last several years the meet has filled several weeks prior to the deadline date so please mail your entries early to ensure your entry into this years’ cup.

Levels: Women’s USAG PO, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10/Elite (Brevet Judges used for all Open Divisions)
Awards: As per USAG guidelines. All sessions of each level will be divided in 3 equal age groups. Awards for each of the age divisions will be given immediately following each session. Custom medals will be awarded for all individual and all-around places.
Entry Fees: Levels 4 – 10 & PO: $95.00 per gymnast/ Levels 2-3: $50.00 per gymnast
Team Entry Fee: $50.00 per level/division (3-4 man, team – top three scores)

Team Competition: 3-4 man teams. Clubs may enter more than one team per division. Team members must be designated. Team line-ups may be changed until the date of competition. Top 3 scores per event will count toward team competition. Cash awards will be provided to winners of each team division
